Ryan Fritchey, who currently holds the position of Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Carly’s Hope, brings a dynamic blend of expertise and leadership, showcasing a decade-long proven track record in Corporate Finance within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and extensive Financial & Data Analytics experience within the non-profit charitable food system. Currently pursuing his M.B.A at Auburn University, Ryan has a B.S in Finance from Penn State University in addition to five years’ service in the United States Marine Corps, encompassing three Combat Deployments.

Presently, Ryan Fritchey serves as the Manager of Enterprise Strategic Finance at The Hershey Company, leading Capital Allocation optimization and margin expansion strategies. While at The Hershey Company, Ryan has led financial ownership of globally recognized brands, enhanced technology-driven analytics, and presented financial recommendations that drive growth, sustainability, and shareholder equity. Prior to his corporate experience, Ryan leveraged business intelligence resources to identify and solve challenges related to addressing local food insecurity as the Strategic Initiatives Manager at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank (CPFB). He now serves on the Finance and Operations Committee of the CPFB’s Board of Directors.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan finds fulfilment in his role as husband to Bridget and proud father of Molly and Stella; they share their home with their Golden Retriever, Dixie, in Summerdale, PA.
